SONGWRITER EXPO 2027

Songwriters Expo 2027
Wednesday 25 – Thursday 26 August 2027 · Manchester Central Convention Complex · 10am–10pm

The Songwriters Expo is two days built entirely around the people who write the songs. Whether you're just starting out or already have cuts, it's where you come to sharpen your craft, get your songs heard by the right people, and meet the writers, publishers and businesses who can move your career forward.

The Listening Rooms
Present your song to A&R experts in your genre and get feedback in the room. There are rooms for Country & Americana, Folk & Roots, Singer-Songwriter, Rock & Indie, Pop, EDM & House, Latin Music, Hip-Hop & Rap, R&B & Soul, Jazz & Blues, and Sync. Every ticket includes one song submission.

The Songwriters Expo Lecture
Our keynote lecture, delivered by a leading voice in songwriting.

Wonderwall
The Expo's home for collaboration, where you can find co-writers, swap ideas and start something new.

Plus: panels and conference sessions, artist showcases, an exhibition of businesses and services for songwriters, and networking from morning until late.

Stay for Song City
The Songwriters Expo runs straight into Song City, Manchester's country and Americana festival, from Friday 27 to Sunday 29 August. Bundle tickets are available.

Supported by Manchester Central, Manchester ABID and the Musicians' Union.

Speakers, panellists and A&R are announced regularly, so sign up at songwritersexpo.com to hear first.
